Fix Intel AX210 Wi-Fi in the US

In the United States and other regions that restrict 6 GHz Wi-Fi, devices fitted with an Intel AX210 wireless card fail to associate, drop their connection, or refuse to connect at all. This patch adjusts the card's kernel settings to turn off 11ax / 6 GHz and disable power management so that Wi-Fi works reliably.

After installing, please restart the whole device for the fix to take effect — restarting only the application is not enough.
